good to see somebody is standing up and fighting for this historic building and im sure if you need some advice EAS will only be too happy to oblige (after all she knows her stuff).Blackpools tower circus still packs em in and the last twice ive been very lucky to get in(so much so they were turning people away)so you would think that a circus would be viable down there considering Great Yarmouth compares itself to Blackpool in a way especially with it capability to have a water feature like blackpools that varies every year.Anyway good luck with you quest and perhaps an online petition at the downing st website may help.
