Don't know more details but heard on the local radio that the new coaster at Pleasurewood Hills opened for the first time today

Yeah, it's the old Vekoma Boomerang moved from American Adventure last year.

It's taken them ages to get planning permission sorted and to get it open.

It's called Wipeout and is one of two Boomerangs on the UK now. The other is at Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes.

There also used to be Boomerangs at Butlin's Pwllheli and West Midlands Safari Park.

I love the rides, and remember the Butlins one keenly, it was a real thrill. I rode the Pleasure Island one last year, and although it's rough, it's still just as thrilling.

Good luck the Pleasurewood Hills really :)
