I wouldn't mind some clarification on this story. Is the riding continuous- i.e. 24 hours a day? Or is it an aggregate of periods taken when the park was open to the public?

And what financial arrangement occurs between the rider and the operator?

Last I knew it was 5 minutes rest time allocated for each hour ridden and during a 24 cycle rather than when the park's open. These could then be stored up e.g. to make a 30 minutes rest break.

Financially no idea, although I suspect most parks would be happy with the publicity!

But is he still on the coaster now, at 2230 on Wednesday evening? Will he still be going round at 0300? Or is he in bed at the mo?

Yeah, he sleeps on the coaster as well.

In the evenings, he's transferred to the Big Dipper to have his sleep (I assume it's dangerous to sleep on PMBO?).

The thing that amazes me is that they've managed to keep the rides running for so long without mechanical failure.

The thing I'd like to know is... does he get pee breaks when required?

Otherwise remind me not to stand underneath...
