Abdullah's Dilemma. 2007 : Southport, behind the scenes tour of this past attraction. features Glass Maze, The fun house and haunted swing as it was left when dreamstorm moved onto site.

Lost Dinosaurs of the Sahara. 2007 : Southport, Probably the final set of photos you will ever see from this historic attraction. Behind the scenes. covering each and every section of this river caves ride.
Note : This is an ongoing project, currently 90 photos on site with a few thousand to go ( groan )

feel free to mooch over, comments most welcome.....

Additional new galleries :

Central Pier Blackpool.
South Pier Blackpool.

Rick, your website is a fantastic website alright..

DAFE would love to use those River Caves pics somewhere I'm sure..

I'll direct them to the site.

The NWCR site is truly essential viewing /reading..

Let me know if you want the link up here on the Eye.

Bits of the Beach though??

Now where have I heard that name before?? :D

Cheers

Gary

Hi Gary,

Praise indeed coming from the author of the Magic Eye. ( which in all honesty probably contributed to the creation of NWCR in no small part. )

Glad to see it back Alive and Kicking. ( guess i wont be nicking those PBB Reel pics after all lol )

And a link would be most welcome. as well as returned in kind over at NWCR.

And i'm sure a suitable arrangement can be made with DAFE, as there will be a lot of unused pics, so it seems a dark ride site would be a good home, no point duplicating hundreds of the same images on two sites.
And i can imagine Norman will be over the moon for additional exposure.

Bits of the beach, Parts of the Park, was initially my idea, and used on the BPB Guide. i make no excuses for reusing the name, because well,.. i like it, lol.

Ill use this topic for any updates made if thats ok. ??

Edit : Just realised where bits of the beach originated from "blatent theft" on my part, please accept my humble appologies ..... still like it though.

Rick.

Sorry about the down time,

were upgrading to a more powerful server. with heaps of available storage space ( needed, since we ran out lol )

My fault entirely, as JJ will happily testify, should be back up and running shortly.

with more from Southports lost Dinosaurs of the Sahara.

Well were back.

After a little hic up, that wiped out the entire data base, after swapping to a more powerful server, a massive 30 gb of space ( which is where the good news ends )

we literally lost everything. with the back ups not being compatible. so erm......

please bear with us, we are rebuilding from scratch, ( groan , more sleepless nights lol )

but the updates continue regardless.

Everything is in a bit of a state, but certain items are viewable. text is missing, as are many sections.

Main site and forum are gone. for the time being at least.
