Petition To The Prime Minister

Postby mrjimlowe » 04 Apr 2008, 13:09

Hello

There is a new petition to the prime minister which will run till 9th October 2009:

http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/seasidetowns/

The old petition has ended on 4th September but, as we got less than 200 signatures, there is not likely to be a reply from the PM's office.

Many thanks to all those who signed it.

Thanks very much for the link Jim. I have added my signature to it (second to enrol it seems!) - maybe my fifteen minutes of fame.

Signed as a worthy idea, but on the basis of the official responses to other petitions I've signed (some with huge numbers of signatures) expect a bland reply that says "Not down to the government" !

I am sure the Goverment have other things on their mind at the moment but it is still worth signing the petition even if it is just to get a reply.

I also have a new website which will feature re-vamped web pages with others to be added.
