I was hoping to attend, but couldn't make it. Sounds like it was a good day.

Did you bid for anything?

Put it this way..My hallway is beginning to resemble BPB Guest Relations! :D

There were some great bargains to be had..ie a fully working fruit machine went for £90 to somebody.

The Southport team excelled themselves. I'll certainly be turning up for future events on this evidence.

Couldn't make the walk around and Traumatizer ert but still a great day!

Gary, thanks very much for reporting on the event and making that list. A few people around the internet are reporting on what they bought, and me being nosey I can see how much they paid for it!

Auction

Postby Andrew » 28 Feb 2004, 10:09

Hi all,

I had a fantastic day at the auction - very nerve racking. Ended up spending £151! All on Frontierland stuff of course ;)

I went for one item in particular and managed to get it for £85! Which was a framed Frontierland map/ plan of what the park was to look like. Its gorgeous and shall be on my wall shortly!

Also have alot of plans for Frontierland as well and Morecambe Pleasure Park, many drawing thats never actually made it to the park, such as the proposed Monorail.

A great day out, and the Traumatizer was good fun as well :D

Andrew.
