Well, along with others something I've (behind the scenes) hoped would happen

I do know the problems, I do know that refusals in the past (Nash in particular) mean vast hurdles to climb, but at least there's now an effort being made.

Caught this the other day. It looks like it's actually a kind of self initiated investigation by EH, is that right EAS?

Took its time, but it's great that it looks like there more to "save the seaside heritage" than a few words - there's some action now too.

Here's hoping we see an operational Noah's Ark once more!

I gather that there is a mad rush to look at stuff following the publication of PPS5.

Don't build your hopes up, it might not happen!

(It would be nice though...)

Noah's Ark entrance turnstile and exit have all gone now, making me think it is just an entrance to the park now
Here's a photo http://www.flickr.com/photos/mesmoland/4763730444/
Talking to some staff members (who will remain anonymous) they told me the owners would like the ark removed to improve the entrance more but they are not allowed to do so.Well I don't think they need permission ? or have I missed something ? It's all very confusing when one doesn't know for sure.Such a shame it's sbno I always enjoy a few goes during my visit. The health and safety argument as to not opening it... I wonder about that because as has been said before the American one is working, but I watched a video on you tube of it and it seems to be very different inside and seems to have been re furbished, even with a braking down lift at the beginning.
