I rode exactly the same ride at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach in the 1990s. It could even have been the same ride. It was very painful. Not a nice experience!

yes it used to be at Great Yarmouth AP, now owned by stewart miller. it tends to show up all over the country as it is the only one in the UK.

this was on clacton pier last year! :D are you literally hoisted straight up vertically in the car????

Yes you are, I have been on it with my daughter in one of the tiny ancient cars and you do wonder whether it will have the power to lift you vertically but yes it does indeed in a dark cylinder but quickly! Must have some combination of anti roll-backs and lift (as in elevator) safety gear surely.

It comes to the Tyneside Hoppings every year.

This is a great ride all be it a bit of a neck breaker ,The cars are so small,Ive been on this ride a few times at both Burnt Island and the Links Market,its a good laugh.

It would have been this one nick as its a one off in the uk.It does cover a lot of the uk and spent a large chunk of the last 2 summer seasons in scotland
