Managerial Merry Go Round

For those of you watching Fantasy Football League, they are currently featuring "Managerial Merry Go Round", where they show football managers going round on a carousel. Does anyone know where it is? It's a real old classic one with cockerels as well as horses.

It's probably one local to me, like Bressingham or something! It does look like an old steam one.

PS - Do you know of any manufacturers that sell a modern one with cockerels on?
