oblivion ruling !

read with interest that alton towers have to silence their oblivion ride....

a group of local residents have won a court ruling that the screams plus operational noise from the coaster is above pre-determined levels and is technically a breach of the law, they now have to reduce noise levels or further legal action will be taken.......

and the main emphasis of this is due to the fact alton towers is in a 'rural location'

i wait with interest to read further installments in Attractions magazine !
