ignorance is no excuse
note there are very few from the uk due to stringent tests and the UKs showmens dedication to safety
the british showmen always put safety first
unfortunately sometimes the public disregard safety instructions
safety is a 2 way thing ride operators and owners always put safety first
the public should abide by the safety rules laid down by the operator
The showmens guild of great britain members have to undergo stringent safety tests on their equiptment and as a result we have some of the safest attractions in the world
even the non guild operators take safety very seriously and have annual tests
look for the current test certificate sticker on the rides if its not there then think twice about riding.
dont forget even bouncy castles need a PIPA test annually and the sticker should be displayed

by saying castles and slides should have a pipa test and should have a sticker that is un true the so called sticker is put on the item by cutting a hole in it and fixing it in but the sticker can fall off if not put on correct
pipa is not law bouncy castles or slides have to have 1 of 3 tests either adips manafactor test or pipa
pipa is a comercial buissness hse only recomend pipa as best pratice the same goes for the other tests
