I believe that the Magic Mountain building and ride system are staying, it is just getting a Nickelodeon makeover.

I was at the Pleasure Beach on Saturday, the demolition of the Magic Mountain building is well underway. About 1/3 already gone and the bulldozer wasn't hanging around.

A sad thing to witness for a ride I was first on some 41 years ago!

So much for BPB's "makeover" then. Sadly I don't think I ever got to ride this attraction and I was with my friends' children last October too. (I never really paid much attention to it I suppose as it was in the kiddy area; can anyone describe its theme/ride experience?)

When I first caught this titled thread I thought it had a Six Flags' connection with the US park chain!

It was a simple train ride though some animated scenes. Nothing massively breath taking. Good for kids, but pretty dreadful generally...
