hi

can anybody help me and my family are coming down to margate on weds i have just tried to bok us in to the premier lodge near the station but its fully booked can anybody give us the name and number of a good hotel.

one down by the seafront would be nice but anywere in margate will do.

Not the cheapest (and I know I always plug them!) but for excellent service and a really nice place to stay try :

For what it's worth I've never found the Hotel near the station available, even several months in advance. It always seems to be fully booked and you won't pay much more for the Walpole once you include breakfast as long as there's at least 2 of you going.

On this note of hotels don't surpose we could meantion as many as possible here because might put it on the website. Make it easier for people travelling from far 8)

Try Thanet District Council Web Page; click on to Tourism Site, You can browse hotels, guests houses etc. and book on-line with these establishments-hope this helps

But don't bother searching for "Dreamland" on TDC's tourism website- "Sorry but your search returned no results "

thanks to all of you for your help in the end i managed to get into the premier travell inn they got a cancelation but once again thanks to you all for your help. Can't wait to see the park on weds it sounds like it has some great rides.
