The Mary Rose

Probably my most fondly remembered ride of the Bemboms era

I have some pictures of it in its current form at Loudon CAtle and some of it as Braveheart

Also a rare pic of the forgotten SPACE BOAT that was in Alton TOwers for a season in 1983

Ok, so here it was in Louodn CAstle as THE BRAVEHEART....good theming, tho it looks not as good

Image

Refurbished and back to normal basically now as THEBLACK PEARL

And a nice pic from when it was at Dreamland

And finally one of the little known Space Boat at Alton Towers 1982

Amazing pics DN-Many thanks, they're really apprechiated.

The Brave Heart design looks like a wanna be 1st Centure Excalibur at Camelot, but the original design definately looks much better. Incidentally I find it amusing how Loudon Castle have tried to give several of their ride tenuous links with films, another ride being the Slytherin' which is apparently Harry Potter Themed. I wonder how much they paid Disney and Warner Bros for the copy right? :D

The Braveheart operated at Loudoun sometime between 1995 and 1998, is this not before the Excilubur at Camelot?

Has anyone got a pic of the first Excilabur ride at Camelot?
