Local Plan

Just read the bit about Dreamland in TDC local plan and although, i'm one to err on the side of caustion - it sounds very promising indeed. Anyone that wants to read what I've just read should go to Thanet District Council Website then type in Local Plan, then click on Tourism, then scroll down until you reach Dreamland.
Please let me know what you think?

I feel I have been here before.

Please give us a link or summary of what it says, because I have yet again tried following the maze and not found anything.

Here is a direct link to the PDF file:

Scroll down to page 168

Reading between the lines so to speak it dose NOT rule out the redevelopment of the site anyone who wants to redevelop the site must prove it will benifit the town more than Dreamland dose.

That is a link to the Draft Local Plan, not the Inspector's Report. Click on this link for a summary of the report, with a link to the relevant pages:

Or click here for the item on the Save Dreamland News page:

It is all very promising, but we must wait for the Tourism Chapter to see what the Inspector's recommendations for the Dreamland site are.
