Anyway back to reading other posts.

That is a reasonably fair assessment although to be fair he is fairly explicit about the fact Adventure Island has a super market in the centre. I don't now about calling in the Inspector of State, Sherlock Holmes might do it.

This does not include a Supermarket, DIY store or anything like that. It will include a resturant/take away. Souvenir/Gift shop. Confectionary shop. Occasional Market. These will all be small units.
1) As I have pointed out to you atlest twice Bob there are several empty units on the sea front so are more really necessary?
2) If you argument that these buildings need to go to allow future development are ligitamate then why doesn't the development company officially reveal their plans (instead of doing it second hand through you)? Once we officially know what the future plans are (none of this has been mentioned in the Thanet Gazette!) we can decide for ourselves whether or not the buildings need to be demolished. As we live in a democracy you should not have to decide for us.
3) As Nick Laister pointed out 3 buildings are covered by the listed building policy which clearly states that some effot needs to be made to incorporate them into future development. Are you so confident that you ideas are the best you do not feel that we need to continue playing by the books?

ie like Frontierland? Fully agree with you there Bob. The sooner Philip Miller owns the entire site the better.

That's why we are objecting. How can we allow you to knock down these buildings when we havn't seen the plans. Moreover why should we trust you Bob? I for one have no idea who you really are (and since you keep refusing to post in the 'introducing yourself topic' I can't help feeling there must be something you want to hide.)
