I think we'll have to wait until they start showing up. One of these topics did list a few things, including a Waltzer (Tilt-a-Whirl), I believe.

I did find this on the Latest News page.

As well as the funfair and Scenic Railway, which will be run by showman George Webb, Waterbridge is hoping to introduce events on the seafront site including a hoverpark and urban paint-balling. Mr Webb has been working through the week to set up Dodgems and a ride called Twist which was at the site last year. Mr Webb said he is pleased to be back at the park and is hoping for a kiddies corner as well as selection of rides for adults. A soft play area, trampolines and train rides are also being lined up.

Oh, and ran across this on the news page:

Tuesday, 4 April 2006

Today's Thanet Times featured a short article about the new Big Wheel:
Wheel deal
A big wheel has returned to Dreamland in time for the summer season. The 148ft wheel, which arrived last Tuesday, is the same size as the one that was sold in 1997. Other rides coming to the park include dodgems and a waltzer, as well as a kiddies corner.
