will the big wheel return?

Postby lutonlad » 22 Jun 2006, 09:48

Please can you confirm if the big wheel will be returning to dreamland when it is finished in Newcastle? speculation has already begun in the forum stating that it will not return, it would be good to have it confirmed directly from the park operator themselves.

Thankyou.

The park operator wouldn't be able to confirm anything since the Big Wheel is placed there by Waterbridge and has nothing to do with the park as yet.

And the fact that the big wheel is not coming back because of 'poor visitor numbers' just goes to show that they don't know anything about running an adventure park.

Stick ONE ride up during a period of bad weather, and see what happens, well strangely enough people don't bother to travel hundreds of miles to ride on ONE RIDE, and the weather doesn't help.

Strictly speaking, the ride wasn't even in Dreamland, so all they have shown is that a SINGLE ride on it's own isn't viable.

You have to put up a WHOLE park to show if Dreamland is viable! They will come!

Right.
None of this is rocket science. It's just common sense.
