The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

Yes, saw many a film there back in the 1960's & early 1970's and also at the old Kings Cinema in Ramsgate

Some of the facade of the cinema survives, the Morris 8 is just about to pass four units which are now shops- the third one is a Kebab House.
This part of the building survives in its entirety, and still has the tiled first-floor frontage and original windows. I will try to take some pics this week.
