BBC's Restoration Programme

I just wondered if it was too late for the Scenic Railway to have been considered as a contender for the above new show on BBC2. I caught part of a programme last week and thought it was a good idea, however, maybe only "buildings" can be given consideration here.
I would welcome any comments, although it's probably just another missed opportunity, sadly.
