Would the two parks be open this season or not.

Both parks should be open for the 2003 season, although Dreamland might miss the Easter period. Visit early, though, as rides will be gradually removed throughout the year as they are sold off, and one or both of the parks might close before the end of the season should there be too few rides left to make them worth opening.
