Nick, Dave or anyone, what was the reason behind the Bemboms selling up to Godden in the first place?

Hi AJ, have heard rumours as to why he sold up but dont want to say that on here in case they are incorrect, will try to contact Hank Bembom and let you know what he has to say about it,

Have left a message at Hanks office today but going by what his secretary has said to me he may be reluctant to comment on anything regarding the Dreamland site which is fair enough as the reasons why he sold up are obviously his business, shame though cos the visitor numbers were very high under their management and they did invest money into that site,
If he does return my call I will of course let you know if he wishes to comment,
Dave
