Seaside Rescue: Virgin 1 TV NOW

Hi all
If you tune into Virgin +1 now there's a show called "Duncan Bannatyne's Seaside Rescue" showing how the entrepeneur aims to help a small, fairly newly started seaside amusement park in the Isle of Wight, UK.
Could be an insight indeed.

It is a very small amusement park indeed, with only three rides (small roller coaster, astroglide and go-karts). It has existed for as long as I can remember.
Last week he looked at the much bigger Mannings Amusement Park at Felixstowe, where his two suggestions were to repaint the entrance building white instead of pink and to rebrand the adventure golf from 'Golfing XS' to 'Magical Golf'. I wonder what he would have come up with for Dreamland?
Of course, Bannatyne won't be taking up his much-publicised position as seaside resort regeneration adviser to the Labour government now.

Sorry I couldn't post this item any earlier but I just caught it in the listings guide, recommended as one to watch in the Daily Mirror's TV Guide.
I didn't actually hear about Bannatyne's potential Labour Party position. Sadly I suppose he'll have to console himself sweating it out in one of his gym locations now.

PS I hope the arrival of our new coalition government doesn't adversely impact on the former administration's seaside regeneration programme.

Unfortuantely we are allready being softened up for major cuts and tax hikes I would think the Seaside Regenration program is probly low on the list priortys for funding so unfortuantely I would think that this scheme will be stopped complelty or at least drasticly cut back.
