Holidaymakers and Daytrippers

Holidaymakers and Daytrippers

Postby Lou » 14 Apr 2004, 18:22

Who are these people who are making decisions for Margate and ultimately the future of Dreamland?
I am really concerned that the people 'in charge' have absolutely no understanding of Margate.
Ok, perhaps the Turner Centre will be an added attraction for Margate....theres certainly enough money being spent on it, no one seems to raise any questions about that.
Ultimately Margate is a seaside resort with the ability to attract daytrippers and holidaymakers and obviously they need something to attract them. Something UNIQUE (Dreamland!)
I hope that those with 'the power' listen to us and work to get Dreamland up and running again and make it the best it can be..............With everyone working together!
Perhaps this year can be the year that positive decisions are made and fulfilled.
