Hello nick when do you think we will have something in concrete that says yes we will be starting work on this date and will finish on this date ? so we know whats deffiniatly going to happen so we can be put at ease and then we can start looking forward to things

Isn't that rather dependent on the outcome of the CPO and therefore something that cannot be answered right now

How about mtcrc in concrete, and of course its owners as well, dropped off Margate pier into DEEP water, that should solve the problem once and for all!!!!!!!
