The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

Looks like a bit of publicity today from the Trust/Campaign side of things. Good to see after the recent MTCRC/DreamlandLive viewpoint getting some TV and Radio time.
Looks like it'll be available to listen to after the programme as well, I'll add a link here if it is.

I am glad that the Trust is getting some radio time of their own. It is always fair to have both parties give their points and ideas and was wondering the other day when the trust would be saying their part. I will try to tune in.
EDIT: Just catched it. It was great to hear past memories from the park as well as the new plans. Bit upset that it has potentially been delayed once again to 2014 but hey, as long as the trust get the go ahead, I will be happy.
Very much anticipating the result of the CPO now. Hoping it will be sooner rather than later.
