The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

dreamland is actually open tommoro untill sunday 12th may as ive seen flyers about in margate !

A funfair is setting up at Dreamland at the moment and is hoping to be open for Friday evening. Their website can be found at http://www.johndavisfunfairs.co.uk/

Good to see activity there. The owners allowing it plays into our hands by keeping it in the public's attention.

I hear they're going to screen "The Blob" in the cinema in honor of Bob.
