i know this is along way off but and we all need to be posotive with our recent news but i think there should be something big to mark dreamlands 100th birthday and allso the scenic railways ! there should be a very special event planned for that date ! i know its 7 years away but that time will fly by for us with all the exitement of phase 1 and phase 2 and when margate is back on the map as a top tourist attraction ! anyone agree with me ?

Yes, indeed.
Why don't you start spearheading that?

While a simple Google search would have sufficed, Spearheading means to lead something.

I am sure as the occasion comes closer, celebrations will be put in place (Hoping everything goes to plan of course)
While, I am sure I would be up for lending a hand, I imagine by that time Dreamland will have its own little team that will specialize in organising those kind of events.

That is good to hear. Dreamland mate, why don't you put together your own little team now? (from what Vann says, you clearly know people that specialise in organizing these kind of events). It is always good to plan as much in advance as you can when spearheading anything like this and i'm sure you will do a good job in putting it together.
