If you try to buy tickets on line this comes up,

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone know what the problem is?

This is the direct link to the booking system, Alan. I got exactly the same error on Friday. The site relies on JavaScript, so if you are one of those sensible people who use FireFox with tools such as Ghostery and NoScript, you'll have to permit JavaScript. It also seems that there are still a few bugs in their website.

Thank for that, yes I do use Firefox, the web site is now working ok.

Only went to site to see if my tickets have been resent.

I still haven't received mine for the party, I got the day ones OK as an attachment but not party ones.

Still waiting for them to be forwarded as the email I got when I enquired said they would be.

The email confirmation gives the wrong phone number, wrong email to ask about stuff

It needs sorting!

Go to the booking system and log-in, go to my profile, click on history and overviews,select my e-tickets. mine come 11-45 today.

Thanks. Tried that. The PDF for the day tickets worked, PDF for the party wouldn't open.
