Buildings on Marine Terrace

Was curious. Have Dreamland always owned the pub (former Punch and Judy) adjacent to the cinema on Marine Terrace. Looks to be part of the plans (and is obviously the current HQ for 'Sands H' by the looks of it).

On a similar note, does the park have ownership of Godden's Gap or am I correct in thinking it still lies in the hands of MCTRC/Dreamland Live or whatever they are calling themselves these days. I presume they are still around.

Dreamland hasn't always owned the pub and nightclub. They have been acquired by Sands so that they can have a presence on the seafront and sell tickets.

Godden's gap is owned by MTCRC.
