Hi Folks,
I have fond memories of visiting Dreamland every year from about 1982 - 1990. I can remember pretty much every ride bar one and I was wondering if anyone knew it's name or had a picture? It was a roller coaster type and was only there for the first ever year I went so that would probably be 1981 or 1982 I think. I remember it had individual cars I think rather than a train and it was quite compact and tall rather than sprawling out like the ladybird. It had more than one car on the track at a time and the cars took 2-4 people I think. I've looked and looked at all the images I can find on the net and haven't seen it yet, the closest I think I've got was a structure behind the big wheel in a 1982 aerial shot but it is too low res to really make out.
Any ideas?

The Cyclone goes back to about 1976 and first stood on the bit of ground were the Water Chute was placed in 1977. The Cyclone had many resting places over the years so may of looked like a new ride? It did not last long with Bemboms as it took three people to work it.
