The Independent has an article about historian Allan Brodie who has compiled a list of landmark buildings on England coastal towns for Historic England and the Scenic is in his top 7.

Allan Brodie and Gary Winter (affectionately known as the Beach Boys)! together carried out a great deal of research on seaside towns for Historic England (English Heritage).
