question for Nick (or anyone that can answer it!)

What is the timeframe for the report from the public inquiry? Further, how binding is it? Will TDC and Jimmy Godden be legally bound to do as the report recommends, or can they say, "that's your opinion and I'm not going to do that?"

Great new gallery by the way.

The Inspector's report is expected towards the end of the year. The report is not binding, but the the Council has to publish a statement of its decision, with reasons, on each recommendation.

Of course, at this stage we don't know what the Inspector will say. But we will be monitoring the process very closely.
