I have started a thread on the Great Dorset Steam Fair forums, raising the profile of this forum and it's reason for being.

I expect this to bring some more people to this forum and raise your profile.

I feel the two communities probably have a lot in common with regard to interests if not their current position.

I think is a great idea posting the information about Dreamland on another site.
This is just what the campaign needs...I feel that we need to be reaching more people...My last post was all about info for tourists and perhaps a petition. In other words informing as many people as possible about Dreamland and hopefully they would inform their families and friends. This added input would be more evidence to Thanet District Council that tourists would like to see Dreamland up and running properly again.

Thanks for the reply, about 50 people have viewed the post on that forum, so hopefully the profile is raising.

The fair is one of the largest gatherings of it's type in the world, and covers fairground both old and new.

I don't know if Nick Laister has any 'Save Dreamland' T-shirts. I would be happy to be a walking advert at the fair if there are any. (Prepared to pay for the shirt, need XXL).
