Hi Everybody I Was Just Wondering How Much Jimmy Godden Would Be Willing To Sell The Dreamland Site For?

As an amusement park, Dreamland is worth around £6 million.

As a development site with planning permission, it would be worth around £20 million.

Mr Godden`s personal worth is around £30 million at present.
