TV Show Alert: Monday 18 October, ITV1 9pm
Hi all,
Just noticed a fairground-related drama on tomorrow night (Monday 18 October on ITV1 at 9pm-1030pm). The show is aptly called "Tunnel of Love", featuring comedian Jack Dee. Could be interesting. I thought I'd mention it, as in these days of crowded TV schedules it's quite easy to miss something that might be worth watching. For what it's worth the London Evening Standard has selected this programme as "pick of the day" in its TV listings guide within its "Metrolife" supplement in last Thursday's paper.
I know this isn't strictly Dreamland related but I thought someone might like to be aware of the show. Also, Sky Travel channel had another "Extreme Rides" show on today at 4pm for an hour, and apparently there is a part two to come. Not sure if it's a very up-to-date show but it featured Millennium Force @ Cedar Point without any sign of Top Thrill Dragster and promoted "X" @ Six Flags Magic Mountain amongst other coasters to be featured in part two. It was interesting though, and also had a good sequence on the evolvement of Universal Studios Florida's Men in Black attraction.
