Does anybody know if the runaway coaster at Folkestone will be open on convention day?

My understanding is that the park is open, but the Runaway Coaster is not. But I am not 100% certain of that - does anyone else know?

At the Dreamland Convention it was confirmed that the Runaway Coaster will not run this season. I believe the reason was a Political one, rather than the condition of the ride.
