The last time I saw the park there were no rides except the Scenic left so not sure what ride you are reffering to?

Just checking but thats near where you had to pay to enter right? Not much was there apart from the paying lorry and a couple of other ride (what have apparently all going already)

I know alot of pictures have been taken from the other angle behind the scenic before so maybe that would be a better view for a insite? (if anyone could take some pics from there that is)

It must be doing some fairly serious work, as a crane such as this would cost around £400 per day to hire.

Have been down to the park today and there is no crane and no obvious work been done behind the scenic, all the tables you can see behind the scenic have gone so all I can think is the crane was loading them onto a lorry to be removed from the site, seems a bit extreme to use a crane that size to move a few tables,

Crane.

Hi all.I may be able to help on your suspicions on the crane. As far as I'm aware,a Flying Jumbo's ride has been purchased by Gary Smart at Littlehampton from Dreamland. It was being moved to Littlehampton on the day the Crane was present,so I assume that it was there to lift the Centre onto a truck.Regards,Dave.

hmmm ya just a bit lol (for a few tables) :D

and ya that would kinda justify the means of a crane much more if they where moving a ride but I thought all rides where gone already?

Part of Richard's photo is attached below, looks like it confirms the ride removal idea.

Looks like the ride on the lorry is a centre from a set of gallopers but doesnt look like any rides I have worked on at the park, like Paul said only four days then we will all know what the inspector has recommended !
