TDC and the conservation area

Not sure how many of you have already seen this but it shows TDC may be taking the planning applications seriously.

This is related to a single application that was put in a few weeks before the main 5 that Nick asked for objections to be raised on and concerned the erection of a high fence to the North side of the site in the conservation area.

The application was refused at the start of this month on the grounds that it would "detract from the special character of the conservation area"
