I don't think much comment is needed as it would be preaching to the converted, but I too can't resist a little commentary:
Jim Godden is a shareholder of MTCRC, but he does not control the company and does not manage the company.
It's interessting that feel the need to 'clear that fact up'. What are they suggesting. That Jimmy Godden isn't a local hero? Never!
nor have we formed any plans to build specific-use types, i.e. shops, residential, etc
Well that's not what our Bob has been telling us. He told us they have definate plans for a private gym and museums. Methinks someone is being a little economic withy the truth.
It would be very imprudent to consider developing or investing in a loss-making business – ultimately this would lead to financial failure – with consequences for the town.

Well that's true. It is certainly simple walking round a desert of cracked concrete, nothing to it. Very simple.

but theres a full page about dreamland and how the Save Dreamland Campaign just make noise and havn't invested a penny into Margate. I'm sure soon it will be posted on the news page (could take a while for someone to type all that up).
