I have been hearing adverts on the radio about being registered to vote for upcomming local elections.
Now I was wondering if this applied to Thanet, and if there was any mileage in making it quite clear as to which councellors voted which way with regards to the changes to the local plan...
You know what I mean!

Thanet will not have elections till 2007.
You make a valid point though

The Tories should be thanking their lucky stars there is no election in May in Thanet.
The views of the vast (99%) majority of people I spoke to on Saturday was anger at them not listening generally, but specifically on this issue (ie they have a specialist report which they have effectively chosen to ignore)
The Labour group, although not perfect in the past on this issue, clearly were much more representative of their constituencies at the council meeting where Options A,B and C were discussed.

Before your next elections, be sure to get the word out in print and radio if at all possible.
