is anyone else REALLY excited for dreamland this summer?

The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

with the new chairoplanes going in next week and more, i cannot wait! its going to be a fantastic season

I have a feeling it's going to be a bumper summer for the park. Dreamland's getting strong reviews on Trip Advisor.

There's a lot of positive comments about the customer service and the friendliness of the staff. The Chairoplanes is an exciting development. There are pictures of the restoration on the Littleboy's Restoration website. They've done a cracking job, including the lighting.

They also recently hired in a Caterpillar Coaster while their own one gets upgraded. It's just gone RCDB official:

The Scenic has also been nominated for a design award:
