No incorrect not everyone pulls on today at newcastle the fair does not open until friday plenty time to pull down travel and build up
but you would know that?
I know some people who are not pulling on at newcastle until wednesday
It was always common knowledge that the wheel had this booking so its no big deal really
The other way to look at it is it was the air show this weekend so why be stuck on the A1 when you could be earning some money for the sake of a day :D

as someone who attends the pull on everyday until the fair opens i know this, was just usual for the wheel to be an early arrival in the past thats all steve.

anyway, that ones quick to pull down and build up so even if it arrived on wednesday they would have no trouble having it up and running by friday!

I understand that the Big Wheel that is now being erected at Newcastle, will NOT be returning to Margate, and is going to Ireland for the Summer Season.

Wow what a suprise that is Mick, just as much of a surprise as all the tory councillors sticking together at the meeting on 11th of May ! Shame some of them didn't have the balls to stand up and give their opinions rather than what they were told to do !

may I ask who told you this and is is factual or more harmful gossip
if it is factual you really need to quote the source as too much damage can be caused from idle hearsay
as I am visiting newcastle town moor on Monday and Tuesday and will probably be chatting with the m&d lads

The Wheel was errected at Margate as their was a gap in their schedule and they decided to test the prospects at Margate. The visitor numbers have proved to be very disappointing. There was the possibility of it returning from Newcastle to Margate but due to the poor attendences at Margate they have decided to go to an alternative venue.
