Battersea Fun Fair

This is what Joyland Books is all about! What do you recommend? What should be avoided? Is there a title you just can't find? We will do everything we can to help.

Yes, we are closer. The manuscript is finished and we are sorting out photos. Don't ask me when it will be ready, though, as I will only say something that is wildly inaccurate!

Hi,

Did this book ever come out? I'm particularly interested in seeing any interior photographs of 'The (Schweppes) Grotto' which was my favourite attraction as a child.

The book is still in the works, but getting closer to completion. Currently looking at completing the manuscript by the end of the year.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Good luck with finishing the book - I know how long-winded these projects can sometimes be. I will keep my eyes peeled for it next year.

Well the manuscript is now finally complete and we are doing the proof reading. It is really just the photographs we are now focussing on. I am going to steer clear of giving a publication date, though, as I seem to have missed every estimate I have given so far!
