They tryed the same sort of thing in Bath but found that it didn't work. The nappies where so loose that the dung fell out in dribs and drabs in stead on one heap. Why not just make the drivers stop and pick up when there charge leaves a deposit.

What a load of crap. Plus they actually think it will work.
BUT if they did do these then wont the horse keep tripping over the nappies or what ever they are going to be using,
