It does indeed - although nothing is ever simple these days is it?

Last night, an NWDA spokeswoman said: “The Agency has agreed in principle to fund a feasibility study into the economic viability of a new pier and a landing stage for the area.

it would be good to see a new pier and it might give resorts with ones in a poor state of repair the vision to spend money on them

They had a perfectly good pier at New Brighton but they demolished it 30 years ago.

After the council took it over they never spent any money on it, but it had fairground rides on it until the late 70's.
