The Roundabout in the Water

Does anyone else remember this small roundabout from the mid to late sixties period that operated in the boating pool at Lytham, Lancs? It had a canopy on top, seats around the outside and two back to back seats in the middle.
There was a small walkway onto the ride and I seem to remember an "exhaust pipe" at the side of the roundabout spewing water as it turned.
The ride always lasted for ages and I always came off feeling dizzy..but every year from the mid to late sixties I would ride it without fail.
This and the scooped, dripping, "icy" ice cream that I would invariably be holding with my sandy hands are the two most abiding memories from the Lytham St Annes of my childhood.
