Surely not. I doubt that any Waltzer with a current could possibly need more than £5000 spending on it to pass next year's test and even the poorest cosmetics could be remedied for not much more.
50 ft dia British Waltzer fairground ride. Built by Maxwell. Complete with ten cars, running lights on the rafters,top tilt, music system. Featuring some excellent air-brush artwork. Trailer mounted centre. Tested until middle of April 2007. 110v dc motor and starter, includes transformer/rectifier. Steel trams. Can be seen dismantled in storage only by prior arrangement. Has been open this year until 8th October and is in fine running condition. Would suit Amusement/Theme park. Operator training available.
