yes that is correct but you can go to 12 1/4 and be under the regs

also the last time i asked Billie was for sale at 40k :shock:

The last time I saw Billie I think the loco was in a right old state. Would probably cost more to get running again than it costs to buy it.

But that was a few years ago and my memory could be flawed.

As far as I know Billie is still out at Preston near Wingham (on the way to Canterbury for the geographically uncertain). The next steam fair - and a chance to see Billie hopefully - will be held there over the weekend of 26 and 27 June.
