Site transfer to the Trust

Probably one for Nick really but I guess a few other people may be wondering as well.

Has the Heritage park site been transferred to the trust?

Or has the deadline been extended from the end of July that was originally mentioned?

My guess is that it hasn't but then I am notoriously cynical.

The site hasn't transferred, but good progress is being made. The date for transfer is now expected to be before the end of August. But these things always take longer than expected in my experience.

I hope so, I wouldn't like to think they were trying to delay the process. I guess we'll just have to wait until the end of August to see.

As it is now September, might I ask if there has been any progress on this?

I am afraid there is little I can say until after our next meeting on 20th September. I hope that we can make an announcement of some sort after that meeting.

We are not quite there yet, but things are moving forward. As I said in a post above, in my experience with many other similar situations, these things always take longer than expected.

As soon as there is any firm news, we will post it here, but I can say that everyone (from all sides) is working hard to make this happen.
